I am a senior software engineer of over 30 years’ experience in application design and development with extensive experience in Perl – as well as other languages – and data extraction. Based on my skills in team leadership, software engineering, programming and database development, I am confident that I may be a good candidate for  a position with your company.

My resume highlights my ability, knowledge and expertise in  programming and software development. During my time at LexisNexis, I was able to save money, time and increase productivity in both software and database development. Among my many accomplishments is serving as the technical lead for a multi-million dollar development project. Because of my leadership, the project was completed on time and under budget. I am a mission-oriented person and a quick study in acquiring proficiency in new languages, technologies and operating systems. Because of my experience in COBOL, PL/1 and Assembly level languages, I know that I am well suited to take on the maintenance and/or transition of legacy systems. Because of my experience as project manager for a team of highly talented programmers, I am very capable  as a team leader and project manager.
